I didn’t get into accounting because I always planned to. I got into it while running my own small business and needing to understand my finances. That experience showed me how much clarity accurate bookkeeping brings to everyday decisions, not just tax time.

Wanting to go deeper, I went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Accounting and became a Certified Public Accountant so I could truly understand the numbers behind a business and manage them the right way. As I applied what I learned, I began helping other small business owners who were in the same position I had been, which is ultimately how Measure Wise Bookkeeping began.
